What helps us help you
- Laboratory certificates — GIA, IGI, HRD, GÜBELIN, SSEF or any other
- Photographs in natural daylight, including any hallmarks or signatures
- Original boxes, papers, receipts and service records, if you have them
- Approximate dimensions or weight, where no certificate exists
- Anything you know about where and when the piece was acquired
None of it is essential. If all you have is a photograph taken on a telephone, send that — we will tell you what else we need.
